RETURN POLICY
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The items in this online shop are in every case new and their quality is therefore guaranteed. In case you have any doubt about it, please contact us before removing the label.
To return some product, it should be unused and in perfect condition, and it should keep the label and the original packaging (transparent plastic bag). If the product arrives in a different condition, Textiles Montecid reserves the right not to process the reimbursement.
To return a product, the user should follow the steps specified on the section “How to return a product”.
The returned product will be refunded through the same payment method that was used to pay the order (credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer) in seven days time after the reception of the product in the facilities of Textiles Montecid.
Returns of orders placed from the Spain and Portugal are free (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla). Textiles Montecid arranges the collection of the package at the customer’s address with the transport agency SEUR.
For returns done from Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the buyers should send themselves the product back to the facilities of Textiles Montecid and pay the shipping cost. When sending a return the buyer should pay the customs taxes, if there are any.
RETURNS OF ORDERS PLACED FROM THE UE COUNTRIES
6€, that shall be deduced from the refund amount. Textiles Montecid arranges the collection of the package at the customer’s address with the transport agency UPS. When sending a return the buyer should pay the customs taxes, if there are any.
TERM
You have 15 calendar days (from the delivery date) to return a product (according to the Art. 44 of the Law 7/1996 of January 15 on Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December).
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Access your account (bottom left “My account”).
- Click on "History and details of my orders".
- Click on the order reference or on the order details. Select the product and specify the reason why you wish to return it on the correspondent field*.
- Confirm your return request by clicking on "Request return".
At this point the return needs to be confirmed. You will receive an e-mail with specific information about how to move forward and return the product.
(*) It is necessary to clearly specify the reason for the return.
Once you receive our e-mail authorising the return, please prepare the package following these steps:
- In the order sheet, point out the items you would like to return.
- Put that document with the garments and prepare the package according to the instructions received by e-mail.
- Hand the package to the carrier that will got to your address in the specified date.
- You will receive the refund within a period of not more than 7 days from the receipt of the package.
With each order, the first collection (either by return or size change) is free. Following collections can be managed by Textiles Montecid but shipping costs (5€) shall be deduced from the final amount of the return.
For example, if your order includes several clothes and you return one of them, but a few days later you decide to return another garment from the same order, the first collection will be free and we will assume the cost. The second collection will be also organized by Textiles Montecid but we shall deduct the expenses (5€) from the refund.
In the same way, if you ask for a size change and after receiving the new garment you would like to return it, this second collection will be organized by us but we shall deduct the expenses (5€) from the refund.
