COLLECT LOYALTY POINTS AND TURN THEM INTO DISCOUNTS

HOW IT WORKS:

This service is thought for those who want to win something out of every purchase:

• On the detailed information about each product, under the price, you can see how many loyalty points you can collect by buying it.
• 1 loyalty point is collected with every 10 Euros* bought, and the loyalty points may be turned into a voucher any time. For example, if the price of your order is 80 Euros*, you get 8 loyalty points, and any time you wish you can turn them into a voucher of 8 Euros*.
• The loyalty points vouchers expire in 2 months time from the date in which they are issued and are valid for one use only. They are not accumulative with other discounts and are valid for orders of at least 20 Euros*.
• In case the buyer decides to cancel the order in which the voucher was used before the order is shipped, it won't be possible to use the voucher again.
• In case a buyer returns some product, the loyalty points that she/he got for that product will be deducted from her/his loyalty points.
• Until the order is shipped to the customer, the loyalty points generated by that purchase will not appear in the customer's account.

HOW TO TURN LOYALTY POINTS INTO A VOUCHER:

• Click on “log in” and enter your user name and password.
• Access the section “My loyalty points” and you will see all your orders and the loyalty points you have collected with them, together with the value of the voucher that you can obtain.
• Click on “Transform my points into a voucher of…” and a discount voucher will be automatically issued. The code of this voucher will be displayed on the screen.
• Only loyalty points of already shipped orders can be turned into a voucher.
• Congratulations! Your next order will have a discount! You just need to enter the voucher code when placing it.
