TIPS FOR MEASURING YOUR BODY
Don’t try to measure yourself alone. The correct position is with your arms relaxed at both sides of your body.
Waist measurement. Use the tape measure to find the narrowest position around your waist. Then loosen the tape measure slightly, so that it easily moves a little bit up and down, and then read the measurement.
Hips measurement. Use the tape measure to find the widest position around your hips and proceed in the same way.
